Peter Ainsworth (1978) is an artist based in London whose work primarily utilises sculpture, printmaking, video and photography. Ainsworth’s recent assemblages are made from medical and industrial materials placed in relation to photographs and videos.

 

Recipient of the inaugural Dazed and Confused Emerging Artist Award his work has exhibited at Stephen Friedman Gallery, London, Plataforma Revolver, Lisbon, NRW-Forum, Dusseldorf, Flowers East Gallery, London, National Media Museum, Bradford, Format, Derby, George and Jorgen Gallery, London. His work held in the collection of the Museum of Fine Art Houston.
